My wife recently received flowers for her birthday. They were horrible this company takes shortcuts to save money but charges a lot. The pictures they have online looks nothing like what you actually receive, I honestly do not know how they stay in business when they deceive customers. IF YOU ORDER FROM HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! You might have as well flush your money down the toilet. The florist literally used flower stems to decorate the bouquet. How do you make sense to use flower stems instead of the actual flowers to decorate a bouquet. If you read any of the reviews you will see how incompetent these florist are. We called their customer service and they even agreed that the bouquet was a horrible design. This company should close their doors permanently, they are the worst ever. Waste of money. I agree with another post that said Walmart has better bouquets for a fraction of the price. You literally could go to Sam’s or Costco pay for a membership buy their bouquets, get better bouquet quality and design and still save money! ZERO STARS!!!

Do not order from this florist! My mother from the Chicagoland area ordered and paid for a flower bouquet, vase and balloons for my 45th birthday. She had them delivered to my home in Broken Arrow. Unfortunately all I received was a flower bouquet, no vase, no balloons. When she called for a refund for the vase and balloons they never applied it to her card. The bouquet was not worth the price. 1st pic is what she ordered, 2nd pic is what I received. .

What was ordered and what arrived a DAY late. These flowers are barely arranged. And this cost over $100. Do not under any circumstances order from them. Steer clear at all costs. Walmart sells beautiful arrangements for less than $30

I ordered flowers for a funeral from 1800flowers. What I ordered was literally call “White and Blue Sympathy” so I was expecting some white and blue. I got none of that. What I received was much colorful and bright and much much smaller than the photos online. Total unacceptable, especially for a funeral. Terrible overall experiences!

Sister ordered flowers for mom from out of state. By two pm I’m wondering when it will get here look out it’s sitting on front porch in very cold weather. Two doorbell buttons that work delivery never rang them. Lazy 0 excuse for that. Notice the supposed greenery shoved into vase is basically dead and horrible looking-why send an arrangement out like that? I’ve advised family to use our local florist, Rathbones, in Jenks in future they would never allow this!
